North Coast Nationals preselect Kevin Hogan

Grassroots North Coast Nationals members recently unanimously endorsed Clunes small business operator Kevin Hogan to contest the seat of Page in next year's federal election. Fifty party members from Grafton to Ballina meeting in Casino heard Mr Hogan to pledge to work tirelessly to wrest the electorate from Labor.

For Geoff Provest, '100% for the Tweed' is more than just a campaign slogan – it reflects everything he does. In this blog, Geoff shares his thoughts about some of the challenges facing his border electorate. I’ve been in the job as Tweed Nationals MP for two and a half years. In that time I have spoken in Parliament 137 times and peppered Labor Ministers with nearly 500 written questions. On the positive side it is fantastic to be part of the Nationals Parliamentary family and I derive immense pleasure in fighting for and delivering positive outcomes for the Tweed.
